Hydraulic Dock Levelers

Hydraulic dock levelers have the highest capacity available. They are push-button and fully utilize powered raise and lip extension functions. Hydraulic dock levelers contain in-line velocity fuses to prevent free fall in a truck pull-out situation, making them the safest dock leveler option.

Air-Powered Dock Levelers

Air-powered dock levelers are an economical alternative to hydraulic levelers. Like hydraulic dock levelers, they are also push-button operated. They have a mid-range capacity with an air bag system to raise and lower the deck. This dock leveler uses compressed air and requires no electricity in the dock pit.

Mechanical Dock Levelers

Mechanical dock levelers are an economical solution to basic applications. The deck is raised by means of a pull chain activation. From there, the operator simply walks the deck back down to the bed of a trailer or other stored position. These levelers are equipped with a cam and roller counterbalance system along with a complete range auto-releasing hold down mechanism for full float conditions.

Edge-of-Dock Levelers

Edge-of-dock levelers are mounted directly to the dock face and provide a recommended working range of +/-3" and a maximum operating range of +/-5" above or below dock. These edge-of-dock levelers are offered with either a hydraulic or mechanical  operation.

Vertical Storing Dock Levelers

Also known as VSH levelers, these dock levelers are hydraulically operated and are perfect for environmental control (customers with food storage or temperature sensitive applications). Since the leveler stores in the vertical position, it creates a perfect seal to the pit floor with the help of the overhead door. These levelers offer improved cleanliness, security and increased productivity...not to mention easy maintenance!
